Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

Please note: Due to majority of our products being personalised, you may receive your items in multiple packages. We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible, and they will be shipped according to their processing times. 

All our products can be purchased and delivered within the UK, and some of our items are available for international delivery.

The products we currently ship internationally are:

-Phone Cases

-Personalised Adhkar Books

-Custom Faceless Illustration PRINTS only (excludes faceless illustration acrylic blocks)

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer any of our other products for international delivery but we are hoping to expand soon.

Our processing time varies for each product as they are all made to order, and this will be displayed on the products individual page. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and if UK based, will usually receive your order within 7 working days (Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, excluding holidays). Due to the current climate, shipping couriers often experience delays which are out of our control. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to do anything on our side for delays. We recommend ordering in plenty of time, as we cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates for any product. If your order has not been shipped after our recommend processing time, please feel free to email us. 

For international orders, delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 28 days (prior to delays) after shipping so please be aware of this when ordering internationally. Design With Soph holds zero responsibility for any custom fees mandated from country of delivery, and it is the customers full responsibility to pay these fees if applicable to them. If a customer refuses to pay a custom fee, and the order is returned to us you will not be refunded for your order. If you'd like your order to be re-shipped to you after this has happened, the customer will have to pay for shipping costs again and any applicable custom fees.
