Design With Soph do not accept refunds, unless your order arrives damaged or faulty. If you have received the wrong item, or there is an error with your order on our part, we will process a refund for you but you must inform us within 14 days.
For all custom illustration orders (including phone cases and acrylic blocks), you will be provided with a free replacement and not a refund.
You must email us at enquiries@designwithsoph.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item, with photographic evidence of the damage/ fault. Please include your order number, and contact information in your email to make the process quicker. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, if you do not provide us with photographic evidence that clearly shows the damage or if you contact us outside of the 14 day period. We will assess your request, and if accepted we will send you a replacement, or issue you a refund.
If accepted, you will receive an email from us and your refund will automatically be issued. If your return is rejected, we will inform you with details explaining why. The time it takes for your refund to be processed into your account will vary depending on your card provider.
Please do NOT return any items to us, without emailing us first as we will reject your return.
