At DWS, we pride ourselves in creating special illustrations of your most precious memories for you to treasure forever. Whether its a gift for a best friend, an anniversary gift, a gift for newlyweds or something more sentimental with a merge of a deceased loved one - our faceless illustrations make wonderful gifts.
All you have to do is upload your image (or images, if you would like them merged together), choose your size, whether you'd like the background included or not and also if you'd like any text and we will transform your images into a beautiful custom illustration for you to treasure forever.
PLEASE NOTE: The higher quality your image is, the more detailed your illustration will be. Please avoid sending images which are blurry and unclear. We reserve the right to refuse an image if we feel it will not illustrate well, and will contact you via email if this is the case to discuss options.
Exceptions will be made if merging old photographs of a deceased family member, however please note we do not accept images in black and white.

MERGING ILLUSTRATIONS
We understand that sometimes you may not have the perfect image to be illustrated which is why we offer a merging option where we are able to draw individuals from several images into one.
Please note that in order to get a seamless and realistic merge, all individuals including those that require merging need to be facing the same angle (e.g.all standing, or all sitting).
If you would like to have your images merged together, please ensure you have chosen the merging option when placing your order. You MUST provide in the 'Additional Information' section which is the main image, and who you would like drawn into the image. If you would like someone removed, or replaced then we can also do this but please specify with as much detail.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Illustrations take between 2-3 weeks to be processed, and then a further 3-5 days for delivery. Kindly order in plenty of time.
If you are ordering a digital print, your order will take roughly 1-2 weeks to be processed and then emailed to you in high resolution.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER)
Due to religious reasons, all illustrations are faceless. This means they do not include features such as the eyes, nose or lips. We also don't draw animals.
Our illustrations are printed on high quality 270gsm photo paper, and are beautifully glossy just like a real photograph.
Please be as a thorough as possible, including as much information and detail that you can
on your illustration preferences in our 'Additional Information' section when placing your order. This includes layout options, or design preferences. If no direction is given, we will use our own creative judgement to complete your illustration this also includes placement of text.
All our illustrations (provided the images are of good quality) are drawn with intricate detail to replicate your image as much as possible, however please note details may differ slightly to the original.
All customers will receive a preview of their illustration emailed to them before it is printed, and we are happy to make minor changes.
We do not draw custom backgrounds, and they will be drawn from your original image using our own creative judgement.
Refunds are not accepted for custom products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please see our refunds and shipping section for more information.
Due to the nature of this product, it cannot be cancelled once purchased.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY (IMPORTANT):
- All Illustration prints are completely custom and made to order, and require an approximate 3-4 week processing time (Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm) , however we aim to ship them as soon as possible. Postage can take 3-5 working days after dispatch for UK delivery and anywhere between 7-28 days for international depending on the location. For international delivery, Design With Soph is not responsible for any fees, or duties charged by customs.
- Please note: Design With Soph holds no responsibility for courier delays once an item is shipped, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates for any products. Please order in plenty of time.
- Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept refunds once an order has been placed.

- We don't believe in you waiting for your products longer than you should, which is why you may receive your order in multiple packages. As all our products are custom made, we will ship your order as soon as its complete so you don't have to wait longer than you should. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
KEY INFORMATION
Please kindly note that designwithsoph hold the rights for all custom illustrations, and custom products therefore your order may be posted on our social media platforms unless you inform us beforehand. By placing an order with us, you are in agreement to these conditions.
