All you have to do is upload your image, choose your size, whether you'd like the background included or not and also if you'd like any text and we will transform your images into a beautiful custom illustration phone case for you to treasure forever.

PLEASE NOTE: The higher quality your image is, the more detailed your illustration will be. Please avoid sending images which are blurry and unclear. We reserve the right to refuse an image if we feel it will not illustrate well, and will contact you via email if this is the case to discuss options.

PHONE CASE INFORMATION:

PLEASE NOTE: due to the differing shapes of phone models, name placement and design positioning may alter slightly depending on the Phone model you have. 

Our phone cases are designed to be durable, featuring a dual layered material for extra protection.

The outer coat is made from specialist impact resistant plastic which is extremely strong and lightweight. A black flexible silicone inner gives additional shock absorption.  These high quality phone cases are carefully constructed with moulds that precisely match the dimensions of the device to ensure the best possible fit.

Featuring a high-quality colour print which is fully 3D wrapped around the entire body of the case; covering all corners, sides and edges equally. The tough case has clear, open ports for connectivity and supports wireless charging. This personalised case looks neat and elegant whilst protecting against drops, falls and everyday wear and tear.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER)

Due to religious reasons, all illustrations are faceless. This means they do not include features such as the eyes, nose or lips. We also don't draw animals.

Please be as a thorough as possible, including as much information and detail that you can 

on your illustration preferences in our 'Additional Information' section when placing your order. This includes layout options, or design preferences. If no direction is given, we will use our own creative judgement to complete your illustration this also includes placement of text.

All our illustrations (provided the images are of good quality) are drawn with intricate detail to replicate your image as much as possible, however please note details may differ slightly to the original. 

All customers will receive a preview of their illustration emailed to them before it is produced into a phone case, and we are happy to make minor changes. 

We do not draw custom backgrounds, and they will be drawn from your original image using our own creative judgement. 

Refunds are not accepted for custom products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please see our refunds and shipping section for more information.

Due to the nature of this product, it cannot be cancelled once purchased.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY (IMPORTANT):

• All Illustration phone cases are completely custom and made to order, and require an approximate 4-6 week processing time (Working Days: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm excluding bank holidays) , however we aim to ship them as soon as possible. Postage can take 3-5 working days after dispatch for UK delivery and anywhere between 7-28 days for international depending on the location. For international delivery, Design With Soph is not responsible for any fees, or duties charged by customs. 

• Please note: Design With Soph holds no responsibility for courier delays once an item is shipped, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates for any products. Please order in plenty of time.

• Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept refunds once an order has been placed.

• We don't believe in you waiting for your products longer than you should, which is why you may receive your order in multiple packages. As all our products are custom made, we will ship your order as soon as its complete so you don't have to wait longer than you should. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Please kindly note that designwithsoph hold the rights for all custom illustrations, and custom products therefore your order may be posted on our social media platforms unless you inform us beforehand. By placing an order with us, you are in agreement to these conditions.
